Sickness

I work as a preschool teacher at Hunters school. So today his class was bringing my class a "treat". When I noticed he was whiter than white.....He said he didn't feel so well. He made it to the bathroom and started to vomit. The good thing about being at his school is I am there and get to go home right away with him. He stayed on the couch the whole day and slept alot. So I assumed he was on the mend when he said I am hungry. Just 2 short hours later the vomiting starts again. So I get him all cleaned up and place him in a comfortable spot and clean up all the nastiness.

Then he throws up everywhere again......What a lovely process we go through as moms. So he is cleaned up, the laundry is washing and the carpet no longer has vomit on it. Now lets hope this is the last round of it....

On the plus side, Mike is staying with him tomorrow so I can go into work. We have never faced that option before since I have always been a sahm. But now we are both working and how do you decide? Well, I guess in the end the wife decides for you! lol

The Secret?

So a few of my girlfriends swear by the Secret. So I decided what the hell? So Mike and I sat down to watch it. At first I thought, WTF?? What kind of cult ass crap is this? But then my mind changed as we watched it. Even Mike is on board with this. We have tried little experiments and it seems to be working.

Overall, whats wrong with being positive and happy with what you have? Nothing you say. Or wait.....Don't we want everything we can't or don't have? Sometimes yes. But we can have everything as long as we are happy with what have and positive.

I have made my list of my things that I want, since the universe is my catolog.

I am not going to post all of my list since most of it is private to me.

But I will list 2 things~

I want hardwood floors in my house.
I also want all debts to be paid off in 6 months.

So lets see what happens! Give it to me Universe!

Just one moment

You realize all of a sudden that your house is quiet......Your husband is off watching a football game, your child is off playing a game..... In the beginning you would have told your husband what you are going to do but not anymore.

You sneak off to the bathroom and lock the door. You begin to get all your "special stuff" out. The special conditioner that needs to soak into your hair for 10 minutes, the razor, the special bodywash, the face mask stuff. You put everything in the shower. You stop. Still no knocks, no whines, just quiet.

You start the shower. You make sure everything is in there that you want. You stop again just to make sure. Nothing. Sweet! You get in the shower, turn the water as hot as you can get it and start your process. Aahhh, this is relaxing.

Then it happens.......a knock.......I am ingoring it........more knocking.....Where is his father?..........pounding.....I am taking a shower!! Go find daddy!.......silence.......He is gone now back to the shower......MOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! PLEASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

GO TO YOUR DAD!!

I WANT YOU MMMMMMOOOOMMMMMY!!

Dammit it all! So you open the door, water getting everywhere, your face mask in your eyes, swearing to yourself and his father.

I just wanted to check on you.

I am okay, just go talk with daddy. I will be right out. Let mommy finish her shower. Then you can have one.

So you rinse your hair then your face. So at least those two things are done as he is still talking outside the shower curtain....

The moment is over why bother with the rest as you soap yourself up. You then tell your child oh mommy is going out tomorrow night but you are going to stay with daddy.

What will we do? the child asks.

Oh, you and daddy will have fun.

Mommy when you come home from being out you need to make us dinner. Then do the laundry, get me and daddy games. Then you can do whatever else.

GET OUT!!!

For those of you without the litte darlings take your time in the shower, enjoy each soapy moment for as soon as you have a child those showers are a few and far between.
